Reno - Midtown Rotary Cub-November 13
After a wonderful visit to Tucson we departed for cooler climates. We flew for about 4 1/2 hours to Reno/Stead Airport where we did not get a red carpet greeting. It was a lot cooler and windier here. Actually a little refreshing. During our long journey we had inflight service catered by Subway. They shared their experience building a home in Tijuana Mexico along with other Reno clubs. They also noted
By this time we had honed our PowerPoint presentation a bit more and it was enthusiastically received. SO much so that the club agreed to sponsor 5 Project C.U.R.E. kits on the spot, pending board approval. We further discovered that one of their members Pedro Esparza had family ties to our area in Mexico in the State of Nayarit.
